Hit for 2nd time in the same area.... Although they were extremely busy with hail damage Kim got my car towed asap and worked with the adjuster the next day and ordered parts and started to fix car..... Kim's follow up was outstanding and the car was fixed very quickly. Scott supervised throughout and Hector was very helpful. You will be very pleased with their outstanding customer service and quality of repair !!!!!!!!

THE RAPAIR WAS DONE FAST AND RECEIVED GREAT ASSISTANCE FROM THE STAFF IN UNDERSTANDING THE STEP BY STEP PROCESS OF THE WORK AND ALL THE PATIENCE WITH THE MILLIONS OF QUESTIONS I HAD . I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND THE PROFESSIONALISM FROM THEIR STAFF. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO BRING ANY OF MY VEHICLES BACK.

Car is looking great. I believe it looks even better than before. No way of telling if it was repainted or even had any damage. Service is awesome and is always done on a timely manner. They are also very good at keeping us updated. Great Service and definetly recommend to anyone.

On Tuesday, September 28, 2010 I brought my car to your shop for an appraisal requested by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. One of their insureds backed into my car damacing the left quarter panel. I was given the names of two shops in Tucson to choose from. I chose yours because it is closest to where I live. I was ipressed with your efficiency, neaness and cleanliness of your shop. Therefore I decided to leave my car with you for repair. Your staff were all considerate and helpful--bringing me home and picking me up. I will certainly recommend you to anyone needing your services. I picked up my car this afternoon and the work is very satisfactory. Thank you for all of the kindness shown me.

Sam was great to deal with. He offered an option for repair that was very affordable for me and I hadn't thought of, which he did not have to do. I really respect that. The repair was done within hours of me taking the car in and everyone was very courteous and professional. Not to mention the caramels!
