Scott was nothing short of amazing when it came to dealing with my collision work. Communicated where things were at, answered all my questions beyond what I was looking for and took care of me with the rental car. In the end, my vehicle runs better than before and I could not be happier with things. All thanks to Scott and the team over at Scottsdale Gerber. If I ever need work done again or have the chance to refer someone, there will be no hesitation to send them over to Scott and his team. Thanks again Scott for going above and beyond !

"After living in the midwest for many years and enduring numerous tornadoes and hailstorms, I was fortunate enough to never have auto damage. However, recently I fell victim to one of the worst hailstorms in the state of AZ. My car was pelted with at least 65 dents on the hood, roof, and trunk and it was hard for me to believe that the car could be restored. I have been blessed to never have to use a collision/repair center since I have lived in Arizona until now. I had no idea who to use for this service. My insurance company Colorado Casualty referred me to Gerber Collision. I was skeptical at first when I pulled up to the building, struggled to find a parking spot, and sat in a room overfilled with customers that had also felt the effects of the hail storm. I struck up a conversation with another waiting customer who had helped ... ease my nervousness when he informed me that Gerber had worked on his vehicle after an accident he had in the past. "Over 10K in damage and it looked like new when they were done" I believe were his words. I was able to begin to relax at that point. My level of comfort choosing Gerber only got better when I was introduced to my Estimator Kim Ermisch. She was completely professional, extremely knowledgeable, and eased my concerns with the insurance - collision shop transaction. In addition she was always available even after hours. Kim is an extremely hard worker and I hope this gets recognized. Needless to say my car was finished within the window of time promised and it looks great! I could not be happier with the customer service I received. I must tell you that your staff at the Gerber facility in Tucson, AZ were absolutely fantastic. After having an accident with my two month old car I was devastated. Your staff was calm, concerned and showed empathy for my situation. Tara was always courteous, kind, and helpful to me when dealing with car rentals, rental returns and just general questions about the procedures. Vivian and Walter did a fantastic job with the estimate of my damages and the repair was completed in one day! My delivery of my damaged car to your facility and pick up was always at my convenience. I really appreciated that service because I work outside of Tucson with a 25 mile commute. Thank you again for having wonderful employees who turned an extremely upsetting situation into a pleasant one....and my car looks absolutely fantastic!!! Happy Holidays to all of ... your staff. I was referred to Gerber Collision on Priest Drive in Tempe, AZ by my insurance company to get some body repairs done. The repairs took a little longer than expected but the staff at Gerber Collision was very good about communicating with me about how everything was going. When I got my car back I was so happy with the results! They totally went above and beyond and even repaired a few items that weren't part of the collision repairs. After I picked up my car I noticed that my AC and heater weren't working properly so I called Jim at Gerber to see if he could take a look at it. He and Rob were able to identify the problem within a few minutes and fixed it - free of charge! Great job Gerber Collision! Jim and Rob definitely deserve some recognition on this one!!

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Kim Emisch. She kept us informed on the status of our car and always met her commitments, even when it meant calling us at 8:30 in the evening due the huge volume of business resulting from the hail storm damage in Scottsdale the day we brought our car in. Kim was very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the repair process. Our car was ready when promised, looked great and had been detailed inside and under the hood. An excellent experience, due in no small part to Kim.
