My mustang convertible was recently struck by an unknown driver and vehicle in a parking area of a gated community. Based upon the recommendation of my insurer, I brought the car to you for an estimate and elected to have you perform the repairs. I was extremely pleased with that decision. My dealings were with Jim at the Tempe location. Jim treated me with respect and was very thourough in his repairs. I had utilized Gerber before but I had never had the excellent of service that I received this time. I'm an insurance agent so I have dealings with repair shops in the Phoenix area. I would highly recommed Gerber to anyone looking for that high level of expertise and professionalism.

Estimate was quick and efficiently done. I was called during the repair process to be advised how if was progressing and it was completed in the time promised. This was a welcome experience for a transplanted New Yorker.

I have an old ('92) Ford Ranger which received rather extensive damage to the passenger side of the cab. My insurance(USAA) sent me to Gerber. Because of the age of the vehicle the insurance totaled the truck, but having owned it for 18 years I knew it was in great condition and I could not have replaced it for 2-3 times the money the insurance would have provided. Gerber (Sam Warren) worked closely with me and we got the damage repaired so the truck looks better than the day I bought it at the dealer. Other collision repair facilities didn't even want to touch it, but Gerber did a fantastic job for a VERY reasonable price. I will never go to any other collision specialists but Gerber!

I was pleased from the moment I entered the office. I was treated like a valued customer. The lady who did the appraisal was very thorough and complete. She gave me the estimate and we set up a day I could bring the car in. Upon retrieval of the car, the work was done so well you would never see the work if you did not know where the work was done. I feel confident that if I have another fender bender the work would be done equally done. I will be a pleasure to reccomend Gerber to any of my friends.

I was shocked by the great condition of my car. It smelled nice, it had obviously been cleaned- both inside and outside- and I couldn't even tell that it had been in an accident. While the pressure in my tires was very low, they at least had been polished too.

I'd like to compliment two of your employees, Kevin, the GEICO Representative and Eric, the Production Manager for the excellent service they provided me and my son last week about repairing our Ford Ranger truck. Kevin is very professional and gave us all the information we need about the repair procedure when we dropped off the truck, Wednesday. In addition, he also made a follow up phone call on the same day to inform us that the item needed to repair the truck is in-stock and no need to order and the repair should be done as soon as possible, and hopefully if all goes well, the truck will be ready by Friday. My son received a phone call from your office Thursday night and he was informed that the truck is ready for pick up Friday afternoon.
