We found our Gerber experience to be nothing short of wonderful! not being accustomed to dealing with car impacts & mishaps, we really didn't know what to expect. The way in which we were treated was like guests in someone's home! All of the help were extremely friendly & polite---we never felt as though we were in an auto 'body shop'!

I was very happy with the service and Agent Jim Caniga updated me on a daily bases about the progress of my car. The only thing I was not expecting was that it took them longer to fix my car than originally expected but overall I was very happy with the service.

I recently had a fender bender and was lucky enough to be referred me to Gerber Collision by my insurance company. I had my car towed there and from the second it arrived they were in constant contact with me letting me know what needed to be done, how long it was going to take, how it was coming along and making aware of possible delays. However, they were so on top of it when a part didn't show up they ordered another one instead of waiting around for the original order. My car looks great and it was such a relief not to have to be stressed about the repair process. Thanks!
