"I had to have my drivers door lock repaired after a possible break in attempt on my car. From the time I walked into Gerber Collision, I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration. I was also greeted by the Enterprise car rental Representative. I was given my estimate, and in my rental car on my way to work within 20 mins. I was called during the day to tell me that my estimate was higher than expected due to finding the lock still inside my door. They were able to use the same part which cost me less and took less time to fix. Upon picking my car back up later that evening, everything was in order and waiting for me, the Enterprise Rep was there and I was out the door in a few minutes. The entire team was very helpful. However, Jim Caniga, deserves a A+ in customer service. He was very respectul, profesional and walked the extra mile to make sure my car was ready for me to drive. He even noticed that the battery of my car was not working properly; he told me my options, so it was easy for me to decide what to do. Excellent Job, Jim!!

I am so impressed with the quality of the repair - can't tell there was ever a damaged fender! Not only was my car fixed, it was completely cleaned and detailed. This is the best it has looked for a very long time and I usually get my car cleaned every other week. And I can't forget the staff who were friendly and professional. And Sam is amazing. He was so attentive and kind, and he patiently took the time to explain things to me. I am so grateful to everyone at Gerber who fixed my car with just as much detail as if it was one of there own cars. THANK YOU!

I was VERY impressed. Not only did they do a GREAT job on the repair of my truck, they had it finished the repair earlier than I was told. My truck looks like it came right off the showroom floor. The staff was very polite and attentive. they're #1 in my book.
