I HAD AN ACCIDENT WHICH CAUSED REAR BODY DAMAGE. I WAS REFEREED TO GERBER. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY STARTED WORKING ON MY CAR AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVED PARTS . THEY DID A GOOD JOB . IT LOOKS LIKE NEW. I WOULD REFER THEM IN THE FUTURE.

I received very professional feedback from Gerber. Javier was very expediant with keeping me up to date with my car and very descriptive in what my car needed and his concerns overall he made sure i had all my questions answered and i was leaving home happy, Hector was really friendly and worked on my car with no problem, Meliisa ,the clerk, was very attentive and nice when trying to reach me so she could relay information about my car to me. Overall my experience with Gerber was outstanding and i would definately come back for more service in the future.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received. We are a family of 6 with one vehicle. Jim C. was able to get our car fixed within 5 days with a free rental. They worked with our insurance and kept me updated with photos of the progress on the van. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone. Great job!

Being in Tucson, the weather is to an extreme on paint jobs. My hood had faded out really bad and needed to be repainted. Not being from Tucson, I didn't know where to go for body paint work so I asked around. So alot of people recommended me to Gerber to repaint it and they really did a great job on it.

I dropped my car off on Friday Morning for collision repair and it was returned to me by Tuesday afternoon. The repair cost was close to the estimated cost of repairs and the work restored my vehicle to it original state.. The work was exceptional and I appreciated the way Gerber Collison and Glass do business. I would gladly recommend your my friends and family to your company.

They ordered the parts and they said that our car would be ready on monday. I was very pleased because our vehicle is used for our business and it was very important that we get our car on time.

EVERYTHING WENT QUIT WELL. GERBER DID an excellent job and the repair work was done rather fast. I also appreciate That gerber paid for the rental car. I really appreciate Jim and Melissa for helping me with the insurance claim. I will definitely be back in the future if i ever need more repair work done and will refer others as well. thanks again.

I was NOT looking forward to going into the repair shop to have my cars rear deck led replaced because of the Hastle one USUALLY received. However, Jon said the repair would take only two days my wife and I cpuld NOT believe that...we thought four to five days. The vehicle was FIXED and READY for me to pick up in a day and a half ! GREAT job ...I will be singing your praises !

I have an elderly client and she had packrat damage to some wiring. She had an estimate for a different shop and they wanted to replace her wiring harness for $1250. She was upset over the estimate so I sent her to Gerber. They were able to fix the bare wires in 10 minutes. She was so excited and will recommend this shop to anyone she knows - along with our office referring also. Thank you for your help for my client!!!

When I saw my car it looked like new. It looked amazing, as if nothing ever happened to it in the first place. The service was awesome, the staff was the best I've ever had to work with. They updated me on the status of my car and everything. They finished the car sooner then they estimated it. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone anytime.
