SPECIAL THANKS TO KIM FOR MAKING SURE EVERY LITTLE DETAIL WAS TAKING CARE OF, EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME DEALING WITH NORTH SCOTTSDALE JAGUAR (LEE HOFFMAN) NOT RETURNING CALLS. KIM WAS DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEMS FOR THEM SO THERE TECHNICIANS COULD MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIR. THANKS AGAIN KIM, YOUR THE BEST

The repair was excellent. Everyone was friendly and offered excellent service. The only improvement I could suggest was that the technician Jessie, who did the original evaluation, offered to call us to let us know the progress, but we did not ever get the call. We had to call Gerber to find out how the repair was going and an estimate of when it would be complete. Under promise and over deliver is always a delight. Over promise and under deliver is disappointing. Please be clear. We are very happy with the service with this one exception.

I had a wonderful experience with Gerber collision here in Scottsdale, AZ. All of the staff was friendly, attentive, and informative from the beginning to the end of service. I was very surprised to find they had even cleaned the interior of my car during service! I would recommend Gerber to anyone!
