I was greatly impressed with the service that I received recently for my Toyota Highlander and services that I had previously gotten done here. The staff has always been cordial, helpful, and always have gone out of their way to accomodate my needs, and I cannot express to the fullest how much I truly love this location. Todd has been especially helpful to me at all times. I always recommend this area to my friends, and my husband, while in Iraq, has had the utmost confidence in the service we have been receiving here so far.

"My vehicle was severly damaged requring approx. 900 labor hours for repair. Thayer Carter, Estimator kept me informed @ least weekly or sometimes twice in a week. He helped ensure I would not exhaust my car rental allowance coverage & helped with communication with Amica to ensure "everyone" was in the loop. "

Valerie, the receptionist, was the initial contact when contacting Gerber. Her phone presence was exceptional. She made the first impression that was very positive. Then, Jon, made the second impression with sincere desire to help us restore our vehicle back to like new condition. Gerber arranged for all necessary scheduling and we appreciated their help in getting our vehicle back in short order. Thank you so much for the great repair, and also thanks for the info on the waxing applications.
