Brian and Jeremy and front office staff were excellent. I think I spent a total of 10 minutes at the facility between dropping off/picking up car. The whole process was extremely efficient and I am very happy with the results.

"I had some body damage to my BMW in 2010. It is rare to enjoy such a high quality of customer service combined with a perfect repair with a very fair price. I was able to transfer some plastic color from a gardeb hose container to the same car a few days ago. I returned to the Tempe location for an estimate to remove the paint. A polite young lady had me fill out an "estimate" form and she drove my car around back for the evaluation. In a few minutes, she asked me to join her in the parking lot. ALL of the plastic paint was gone! I was very pleased and surprised to hear about her, NO CHARGE estimate and completed work. I wonder what would have happened if my only choice was to have any form of our government had been involved??? Thank you to the Gerber small business people---"

After my recent accident, Geico had me take my car to Gerber for repairs. The staff at Gerber was very profession and friendly. They took care of my needs in a timely manner. I was kept informed as to the progress of repairs throughout the process. The car looked great after the work was completed. Excellent job.

I was very happy with the work done to my car. They did a great job on the paint and they touched up some other small nicks on my car on the side. Also, the Estimator Alfie Perez kept me informed on where my car was at during the repair process.

Javier, Jesse And Melissa were a great help throughout the repair process of getting my truck fixed, they answered my questions and addressed my concerns in a timely manner, One of the machines broke during the repair process and they communicated very well; very apologetic of the situation and the solution, I will recommend Gerber to family and friends.

The local office did a great job, and even went out of their way to do some light touch-ups of the silver on another part of the car. There was a little miss-communication though as to when my car was ready and it ended up staying overnight when it didn't have to. Other than that, I am extremely satisfied with their work.
