Exceptional Service Experience by Jordan Consoni -- The contact and kindness in this stressful situation has been amazingly calming by the help of Jordan Consoni on a basis that is clearly outperforming what customer service standards currently sit, Jordan has been proactive and updating my status, addresssing any/all concerns and really kept me in the place where i feel that all the scary stories of insurance and car repair will be something that i won't experience, this was my first accident i was so scared for any issues and i am truly amazed and thankful for the process how it has been to date and from the first day my car was accepted at Gerber & Nationwide.

Had an excellent experience with them. The car repair work exceeded what I was expecting. The vehicle was done on time and looked excellent upon pickup, and overall had a great experience despite the vandalism claim. The entire staff was helpful, and Xavier was extremely professional and thorough.

Alfie and Jennifer were very helpful repairing the damages to my 1996 jeep cherokee. At first I was worried the repairs on my car were going to be bery expensive, but Alfie was helpful and provided us with the opportunity of taking a discount. This made the impact of the damages less severe. Along with the total price benefit, they did a great job repairing my broken window, they completely fixed my ignition colomn and they also replaced my stolen stereo with my original one from the 1996 original. They were very helpful in the overall process and had helpful customer service.
