I have been a customer since Gerber was Big Sky. The customer service has always been exceptional. Each and every time I have been there Xavier along with the staff have been great.They kept me informed thru the whole process, from daily calls to pictures of the steps taken to complete my vehicle. Many times I would ask if I could go by to see the process and Xavier would stay many times til after 7 so I could make it after work. My car was even done ahead of schedule. The receptionist Raquel was pleasant and greeted me every time I was in. I would overall rate Xavier and the staff at Gerber a 10. Customer service was excellent and the finished product made my car look like it was never hit. As I have I will continue to receommend Gerber. Thank You again.

This was my first major accident in my first brand new car and Gerber Collision kept me informed every step of the way I was called twice a week with updates. I picked up my car and it looked amazing and you couldn't tell it had been in a wreck. I was VERY SATISFIED with the repairs, the service and I would recommend them to others and I would use their service again.

My car was hit on the drivers side on December 15th by another driver and their insurance recommended Gerber Collision and Glass to do the repairs to my vehicle. I looked at the recommendations online just to make sure they were going to repair my car to match my expectations and they did a great job. They continuously called to give me an update on my vehicle and the repairs and walked me through everything they were going to repair step by step. They made me feel comfortable and reassured me that they would take excellent care of my car and they did. I definitely recommend Gerber for vehicle repairs.
