I would like to thank all the professionals at Gerber Collision & Glass. The quality of service was unsurpassed, from start to finish. The estimator, Viviana took my call, scheduled a same day estimate, and had the guys in the body shop working on my car that day. I feel they went the “extra mile” they arranged the rental car. The rental company was taking more time than normal, so one of the mangers used his personal car to get my rental. They kept me inform on the progress of the repairs and contacted my insurance company when needed. The guys in the body shop, I was speechless, my car looks new again, and it had a showroom feel to it when I picked it up, one of the guys even gave me tips to keep it looking that way. Having never been involved in any type of collision and having to deal with this type of drama, I found the guys at Gerber to have been really supportive and caring. From the initial tow to the assesment and scheduling I rate them five ***** stars! Alfie and Raquel where on point letting me know at all times the progress with their phone call. Everyone at this locations was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. From the moment I walked through the door to get the estimate, to the time I walked out the door with my beautifully repaired vehicle, I was taken care of and my questions answered. The level of professionalism i experienced there is rare in today's world. Bill was our representative and took care to be sure I understood how the car would be repaired and why specific things were done. He drew diagrams and explained each process. He called with updates - just as he promised - as the car was repaired. At one point I asked him if they could take care of another little issue at ours expense. Great service from front 0ffice to backroom. I will recommennd Gerber to anyone. Alfie's two time a week phone calls were delightful. I was amazed at he would call with updates each Tuesday and Wednesday. In examining the finished car He showed me arouind it and to0ld me what work was performed. Gerber's building is cleasn and presentable. My doctor's office should be the same. A full 10 for all your employee's . And tell Alfies wife is is very faithful.

Javier and Raquel were professional and cordial in their treatment of my case. Raquel put me in touch with my insurance representative and assured me that all is handled and i have nothing to worry about. Considering all that went on with a damaged vehicle, securing a rental, returning it, examining my vehicle's repairs (personally lead by Javier), and the possibility of injuries to my wife, my experience with Gerber (nt the first) was definitely a positive one.

I was entirely satisfied with the collision repair service. Joe and Vivian were terrific! The estimate was accurate, the repairs were completed on time, the car was washed and looking like new, and the cost was even slightly less than the estimate (they were able to get one part at a better price). I will definitely recommend Gerber to friends and will return for any future repairs..
