Javier was awesome to stay late so I can drop off the vehicle for repairs to begin, Raquel went above and beyond for me to get my rental because the Enterprise was closed. Gerber did an amazing job on my vehicle. I will recommend EVERYONE TO GERBER.

I had a very good experience with your company. Javier and his staff were excellent to deal with and were very nice and courteous. My truck was actually done before it was scheduled to be done, which I think is amazing. The end product looked excellent. Although I hope it never happens, I would not hesitate having my vehicle repaired here again, or refering this company to anyone else.

my experience on dealing with Gerber was goood. i was really happy with the work that they did with my car, it looks like new. Xavier was good at going over everything that needed to be done to the car. he kept in touch and kept me updated on my car the week that it was with them. i would defenetly come back if i need a repair to be done.

Megan Olson, GM, and Eric, lead technician, were professional, efficient, and most accommodating including providing a minimum bi-weekly status phone calls. The repairs were completed as promised. Excellent communication and service in all aspects. Definitely would recommend Gerber.

I would like to thank all the professionals at Gerber Collision & Glass. The quality of service was unsurpassed, from start to finish. The estimator, Viviana took my call, scheduled a same day estimate, and had the guys in the body shop working on my car that day. I feel they went the “extra mile” they arranged the rental car. The rental company was taking more time than normal, so one of the mangers used his personal car to get my rental. They kept me inform on the progress of the repairs and contacted my insurance company when needed. The guys in the body shop, I was speechless, my car looks new again, and it had a showroom feel to it when I picked it up, one of the guys even gave me tips to keep it looking that way. I hope I don’t need to see these guys again, but if I ever have any body work needs, I know where I’m taking my car. ... Again, thanks to all the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass. Richard read more
