Starting at the front desk with Raquel, my experence the Gerber has been very good. Alfie, my estimator has been courtious and attentive. The body shop did excellent work and the car looked like new when it was returned (on time) to me. Having good luck with another body shop before I was skeptical but, I am glad that I came here, you guys are even better.

Great service. Informed all the way through the process. The end result was great. Car looks like new, cannot tell there was any damage. I will definately come back to Gerber if I ever need body work again. Thank you. Xavier is awesome, he customer service is outstanding.

Javier was awesome to stay late so I can drop off the vehicle for repairs to begin, Raquel went above and beyond for me to get my rental because the Enterprise was closed. Gerber did an amazing job on my vehicle. I will recommend EVERYONE TO GERBER.

I had a very good experience with your company. Javier and his staff were excellent to deal with and were very nice and courteous. My truck was actually done before it was scheduled to be done, which I think is amazing. The end product looked excellent. Although I hope it never happens, I would not hesitate having my vehicle repaired here again, or refering this company to anyone else.

my experience on dealing with Gerber was goood. i was really happy with the work that they did with my car, it looks like new. Xavier was good at going over everything that needed to be done to the car. he kept in touch and kept me updated on my car the week that it was with them. i would defenetly come back if i need a repair to be done.

Megan Olson, GM, and Eric, lead technician, were professional, efficient, and most accommodating including providing a minimum bi-weekly status phone calls. The repairs were completed as promised. Excellent communication and service in all aspects. Definitely would recommend Gerber.

This isn't our first time to have a minor fender bender and have it repaired by Gerber Collision & Glass, infact the reason we came back to Gerber again is because they have proven themselves worthy to be highly Wreck-0mmended. Yes, we came back after my wife had a minor fender bender again and as usual Gerber Collision & Glass delivers utmost quality repair in record breaking short time. Now the car looks brand new again!
