I was very impressed with the service I received from Gerber Collision. From the first contact with Megan setting up a time for an appointment for an estimate to the final delivery of my repaired vehicle, everything was top notch. The staff was professional and courteous and the repairs were perfect and left my car looking brand new again. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision to others in need of repairs. Thanks!

At first, I was skeptical about coming to Gerber. They were not recommended to me by my insurance company, but I had history with them back up in Phoenix. Upon entering their establishment, I was immediately impressed. The service was very helpful and friendly. Raquel quickly and efficiently helped us and even got us water. Alfie Perez was our estimator and I could not have asked for anyone better; in fact, I could not imagine anyone better. He made everything move like a dream. I was in and out before I even knew it and he took the car right away and began work as soon as I left. They worked so fast that they finished 3 days earlier than the estimated finish time. To ensure my complete satisfaction, they even kept the car lifted for my direct inspection upon my arrival. I was so impressed with their work; everything was flawless. The ... paint was perfectly blended and coated on, the parts replaced made the entire car look brand new. I would highly recommend the Tucson Gerber Collision and Glass on Palo Verde to anyone who's looking to get any work done on their car. I would not go anywhere else.
