GREAT SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND. FROM THE ADJUSTERS, BODY SHOP WORKERS AND THE GIRL BEHIND THE FRONT DESK ALL OFFERED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAD OUR ENGINE DETAILED AND MUCH MUCH MORE. WE WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS YOUR SERVICE.

The bottom line is that the work completed was excellent. The vehicle is 15 years old. The color of the repair matched great even though the original vehicle color has oxidation and the stripping matched perfectly. We were continually updfated on progress of the repairs and informed of a potential mechanical safety concern with the vehicle. Staff is respectful and courteous..

Dropped the car off just expecting the bare essentials to get done but they went further then expected and made the car look really nice. Alfie did an excellent job at letting me know where my car was in the repair process. He was really courteous, helpful, and professional. I would definitely reccomend Gerber to anybody looking for quality repairs and helpful staff.

After wrecking my truck USAA refered me to Gerber Auto and Glass, and upon seeing the place i knew my truck was in good hands. Gerber not only contacted me twice a week with updates, they would put in the extra effort for any out of ordinary fixes for my truck. Everyone on the staff is friendly and apporachable and i wil lfor sure be recomending Gerber to other people.

My daughter was in an accident about 2 weeks ago which was a hit and run. It was overwhelming and time consuming. When farmers gave us the list of body shops we did not know who to choose so I told my daughter to pray for the right place. She chose Gerber Collision. I was very impressed with the numerous follow up calls to inform me of the status of car. Monica and Stephanie were wonderful, they were very professional and pleasant over the phone and answer all my questions. As a facility Manager these are some of the important traits that I look for in employees when working with any company or vendors. Knowing that this took my family by surprise finacially we were not prepared to pay the deductible and rental expenses. When i dropped off my vehicle, i asked Joe to install the windshield wipers for me. Not only did he do that for free, he also took care of the scratches i had on my RT fender. My car looks beautiful and i am so happy with the repairs. Vivian, Wayne, and Joe were GREAT!!! They walked me through the whole process and made sure i was updated every tuesday and thursday! I would reccomend Gerber Collision to everybody!!!! :)

The work was accomplished January 2012, which included repair of the front left after a significant collision. Five months later, for the first time since the repairs, my wife was driving from Phoenix and attempted to use windshield washer. It did not work but leaked profusely beneath the vehicle. I called Gerber, and Vivian told me to bring it right down. Within 10 minutes, Joe Dexter who I remember from his professionalism and courtesy in January had the washer working and I was on my way. Bravo to Joe and his associates at Gerber who are committed to returning a quality product and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
