My vehicle was declared total Loss and they went out of their way to gather my things and ship them to me so that i wouldnt lose some sentimental value items i had left behind. I have had my car repaired by Gerber three times over the years. This past time, I was fortunate enough to work with Theresa. It was the best customer service experience that I have had in a long time. Theresa was so warm and pleasant. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and given the ultimate service. NO ONE wants to deal with the headache of getting a car repaired, but Theresa expedited the process, kept me informed at all times, and truly treated me like a friend instead of just another customer. She has made my fiancee and I loyal Gerber customers. Hopefully we do not need your services again soon, but if we do, I hope Theresa is there for us!

I took my vehicle to Gerber per my insurance (USAA) I was impressed by the quality of customer service that I was given the main characters who were instrumental in my satisfaction were Jordan Consoni and the receptionist Colleen Welsing they made me feel that everything would be taken care of professionally. I would like to say that Jo at this office was AMAZING and provided us with the best customer service we have ever gotten from any type of business. Unbelievable. So friendly, fast, and full of information we needed at a time of semi-crisis.My husband went to the shop to get the car after you repaired it, and Jo gave him an entire walk through. My husband said that Jo was very professional. We were very happy with the customer services provided as well as the work done on our vehicle. Give the man a raise, we loved him. Even when the a/c ended up not working he helped us get our rental car covered again, just asked us to hand him the keys and he will take care of the rest. I guess it needed freon. A driver from the rental car company got there in 5 minutes! In the future we will always come to Jo. Thank you for your very professional and ... efficient company.
