BEST EVER!!! I was treated right from the very start. Was greeted by Javiar who was very friendly and walked me through the process. Rachael and Jennifer both kept me in the loop of what was going on. Both very friendly and helpful. I will definetly tell everyone I know if they need work done, this is the place to go. I took my vehicle to Gerber per my insurance (USAA) I was impressed by the quality of customer service that I was given the main characters who were instrumental in my satisfaction were Jordan Consoni and the receptionist Colleen Welsing they made me feel that everything would be taken care of professionally. I am very pleased and will pass my experience on to any and all prospective future collision customers Gerber is very lucky to have such valuble,pleasant and knowledgeable employees again thank you and everyone at Gerber should be recognized for thier accomplishment.

I would like to say that Jo at this office was AMAZING and provided us with the best customer service we have ever gotten from any type of business. Unbelievable. So friendly, fast, and full of information we needed at a time of semi-crisis.My husband went to the shop to get the car after you repaired it, and Jo gave him an entire walk through. My husband said that Jo was very professional. We were very happy with the customer services provided as well as the work done on our vehicle. Give the man a raise, we loved him. Even when the a/c ended up not working he helped us get our rental car covered again, just asked us to hand him the keys and he will take care of the rest. I guess it needed freon. A driver from the rental car company got there in 5 minutes! In the future we will always come to Jo. Thank you for your very professional and ... efficient company. i found that armondo perez was very helpful and did a great job . he was very detailed in the explination of the repairs. i found gerber collision to be very helpful and courtous. they did a great job.

I would highly recommend Gerber collision and glass to any one that has been in an accident. Jordan Consoni went out of his way to get us back on the road again. We were provided a loaner car from from Enterpriser rental car. Our car was very clean when we got it back. Gordon called and informed us on the status of our car almost every day. My exprinece here at Gerber Collision & Glass was top notch, Jennifer Razo, and Raquel Fernandez were the best. They answered every question that I had, and informed me on what was going on with the process. They both went above and beyond and because of those two I would definitely come back.
