Being in an accident is never a fun experience, but Gerber treated me extremely well and I truly appreciate it. Accidents are an inconvenience no matter which driver is at fault but my truck was repaired in one day!!! Alfie Perez was great and provided excellent customer service. I will recommend Gerber and if I should be in an accident requiring repairs, I will come back to Gerber.

Had additional work done to an original Gerber Collision repair from a different location. This new location was very polite, helpful and listened to my concerns without judgement. I am 100% satisfied with the repairs made now. I also feel that if something came up in the future and needed repair work, that I would not hesitate to call Gerber again or recommend them to friends and family. I really wanted to make sure that the people at Gerber were recognized for their fantastic service. Since the first contact with Jennifer at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and informative, to the continued communication with Alfie while the vehicle was being fixed I was impressed with the level of service. That is recognition in itself but when I came to pick up my vehicle is when the real service began. Alfie walked with me while I inspected the car and then never left my side when a problem occured with the insurance company, GMAC. I met the tech, Loren, who worked directly on my vehicle. He was amazing and went out of his way on a Friday late afternoon to meet me but also went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. Everyone for the person who picked up my car from apartment (towing) on 8/08/2012 to Jim Caniga to the people who took my dodge charger apart. Service 10 out of 10. Joan Bartels and her team were very professional and the service was completed in just 1 day. Everyone was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend Gerber (and especially the Tempe location) to a friend.

After a few unfornturnate, embarrassing, and stressful events; including two hit and runs and a collision in a time span of a month, the staff at Gerber were extremely understanding and put all of my stresses and concerns at ease. The entire staff handled each incident with the upmost of professionalism, providing a painless experience and treated me as if I was family. I highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation, or for something as simple as a fender bender. Jerry does amazing work and my Acura TL looks as good as new. I have found a new home for all of my collision and glass needs and will be spreading the word. I didn't want to be in a car accident, but these guys made it easy! They did exactly what they said they would do, and these days, that seems to be a rarity. My advisor (Brian) was great about keeping me updated throughout the repair cycle and made sure the car was delivered on time and correct. They even dropped the car off at my house and returned my rental car for me. While I hope I don't need repair work again anytime soon, if I do, this is wehre I'll be going.
