After a few unfornturnate, embarrassing, and stressful events; including two hit and runs and a collision in a time span of a month, the staff at Gerber were extremely understanding and put all of my stresses and concerns at ease. The entire staff handled each incident with the upmost of professionalism, providing a painless experience and treated me as if I was family. I highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation, or for something as simple as a fender bender. Jerry does amazing work and my Acura TL looks as good as new. I have found a new home for all of my collision and glass needs and will be spreading the word. I didn't want to be in a car accident, but these guys made it easy! They did exactly what they said they would do, and these days, that seems to be a rarity. My advisor (Brian) was great about keeping me updated throughout the repair cycle and made sure the car was delivered on time and correct. They even dropped the car off at my house and returned my rental car for me. While I hope I don't need repair work again anytime soon, if I do, this is wehre I'll be going.

The staff there were amazing from day one. My vehicle was declared total Loss and they went out of their way to gather my things and ship them to me so that i wouldnt lose some sentimental value items i had left behind. I have had my car repaired by Gerber three times over the years. This past time, I was fortunate enough to work with Theresa. It was the best customer service experience that I have had in a long time. Theresa was so warm and pleasant. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and given the ultimate service. NO ONE wants to deal with the headache of getting a car repaired, but Theresa expedited the process, kept me informed at all times, and truly treated me like a friend instead of just another customer. She has made my fiancee and I loyal Gerber customers. Hopefully we do not need your services again soon, but if we do, I hope Theresa is there for us!

This was not my first party collision claim but a PD liability claim (also insured by USAA). Third time using Gerber (from USAA list of preferred shops). Convenient (close to my office) and particularly quick this time (two days).
