Great repair work done by a Bill, and handled in a timely manner. Met with the City Manager, SCOTT HEWITT, who insured me that GERBER stands behind all of their work, and Guarantees their service. I believe this is TRUE, because this my second in to their repair facility and, they have done just what they said.

Being in an accident is never a fun experience, but Gerber treated me extremely well and I truly appreciate it. Accidents are an inconvenience no matter which driver is at fault but my truck was repaired in one day!!! Alfie Perez was great and provided excellent customer service. I will recommend Gerber and if I should be in an accident requiring repairs, I will come back to Gerber.

Had additional work done to an original Gerber Collision repair from a different location. This new location was very polite, helpful and listened to my concerns without judgement. I am 100% satisfied with the repairs made now. I also feel that if something came up in the future and needed repair work, that I would not hesitate to call Gerber again or recommend them to friends and family. I really wanted to make sure that the people at Gerber were recognized for their fantastic service. Since the first contact with Jennifer at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and informative, to the continued communication with Alfie while the vehicle was being fixed I was impressed with the level of service. That is recognition in itself but when I came to pick up my vehicle is when the real service began. Alfie walked with me while I inspected the car and then never left my side when a problem occured with the insurance company, GMAC. I met the tech, Loren, who worked directly on my vehicle. He was amazing and went out of his way on a Friday late afternoon to meet me but also went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the vehicle.
