About a month ago I was hit by an uninsured driver in my Scion TC. I was devastated as Im a college student and I had every extra penny I ever earned in this car. I built my car from stock by myself into a beautiful street car. When I was hit I really had no hope that my car would ever be the same again, or if it was even fixable. Luckily I am fully insured and so is every aftermarket part on my car.I took my car to Jim Caniga at Gerber and within three weeks I had it back in my posession. To my surprise the car looked perfect! He even went the extra mile and fixed a few previous problems the car had before the wreck. Not only that they replicated all the details that I had spent long hours in my garage doing. These guys are truly great! I'm very satisfied and would recommend tehse class act guys to anyone in need! Jim Caniga sent me ... picture email updates of the whold process and kept me very informed. Leather failed on my steering wheel. New replacement VERY expensive so I bought a used one to install on my truck. Needless to say I was turned away by a body shop where I was previously a repeat customer and was directed to a garage where I was not treated like a customer with my initial contact over the phone. So I called Gerber on the recommendation of a friend. WOW! Jennifer and Megan treated me like I was a customer they valued. My steering wheel was replaced in a timely manner, for the price quoted and they even WASHED MY TRUCK!! This was not a big job but I still received fast courteous service. I will highly recommend them to my friends and if I ever require any future repairs I will be making an appointment with this shop for sure.

I have had my vehicle in for repair on several occasions. Not for Gerber's lack of hard work. They have been nothing but extremely kind, courteous and have gone out of their way to assist my needs. They have stayed open a little late for me to pickup my car when finished, they have called and kept me informed on the repairs of my vehicle. They have also been very human, with no fake kindess, but have been genuine. They have been nothing less than professional. When picking up my vehicle on one occasion the technician noticed imperfections with body work completed by the previous shop, something I had not yet noticed. They have great attention detail and should I need a body shop in the future I will definitely be going to Gerber. Stephanie have been especially nice and I really appreciate her kindness.

Pleasant and professional staff. I sincerely appreciated the timely updates. Having the rental car in the same location was terrific. If ever any of my vehicles needs repair, I'm taking it Gerger, Joe at Tempe Location. Oh, the car looks excellent. Very impressed with the entire experience.

I was not sure of the quality of work because gerber is a some what new company in yuma arizona,but now that my vehicle is done i would definatly recommend Gerber to anyone that needs collision repair.They went over and above my expectations and my car came out perfect. Tom cockburn ,the manager, kept me informed all through the process and it was done in a timely manor. on a scale of 1 to 10, i would give them a 12.

"I was a little nervous about taking my car to someplace other than the dealer because of the car's uniqueness. It is a "numbered" Daytona Charger RT Sublime. Lime green in color. I wasn't sure they would be able to match the color. Jordan assured me they had a top-notch painter who could do the job, so I gave them the opportunity. I was beyond pleased with the outcome. The color matched perfectly and you could not even see that there was ever any damage to the car. They went above and beyond what I thought they would do, by vacuuming the interior and wiping it down. The car looked like new when they finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair on their car/truck. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you all."

I would just like to thank Xavier for all his help. As well as the staff every time I have been there it has always been done in a timely manner. Xavier called me everyday to keep me informed daily of the progress.They were also willing to stay a little late for me to pick up my vehicle when it was finished. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best I give Gerber and the staff 10+. Thank you again for all your help and outstanding work performed on my vehicle. Looks brand new again.

Service was just amazing. Jordan, the GM, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy to work with. He kept us (my wife and I) up to date on everything that was going on. We were worried we would have issues with the claim, but there were none and Jordan did a great job of making sure that we didn't need to worry. The car looks just like new, and I will be telling anyone that needs it to use Gerber Collision and Glass. You have a customer for life.
