I was very much impressed the way I was greeted and helped when I enter your Facilities by MissViviana Paco, she was very Knowlegeable polite and pleasent . Each time when I called she was so Professionl you dont find this any more. Also Mr. Jacques Brown the young Man which took the Picture of my Truck he explained everything also when I picked up my Truck. I was very much impressed and will recoment them to all my friend, you dont find People like this any more, and poeple like these make yours Company. Had a great experience with the staff of Gerber's on Palo Verde inTucson. Alfie Perez went beyond expectations to make sure we were completely satisfied. The location was very convenient and we were picked up be a rental company to use a car while ours was being worked on. My husband and I would surely recommend Gerber's to friends and family!

About a month ago I was hit by an uninsured driver in my Scion TC. I was devastated as Im a college student and I had every extra penny I ever earned in this car. I built my car from stock by myself into a beautiful street car. When I was hit I really had no hope that my car would ever be the same again, or if it was even fixable. Luckily I am fully insured and so is every aftermarket part on my car.I took my car to Jim Caniga at Gerber and within three weeks I had it back in my posession. To my surprise the car looked perfect! He even went the extra mile and fixed a few previous problems the car had before the wreck. Not only that they replicated all the details that I had spent long hours in my garage doing. These guys are truly great! I'm very satisfied and would recommend tehse class act guys to anyone in need! Jim Caniga sent me ... picture email updates of the whold process and kept me very informed. Leather failed on my steering wheel. New replacement VERY expensive so I bought a used one to install on my truck. Needless to say I was turned away by a body shop where I was previously a repeat customer and was directed to a garage where I was not treated like a customer with my initial contact over the phone. So I called Gerber on the recommendation of a friend. WOW! Jennifer and Megan treated me like I was a customer they valued. My steering wheel was replaced in a timely manner, for the price quoted and they even WASHED MY TRUCK!! This was not a big job but I still received fast courteous service. I will highly recommend them to my friends and if I ever require any future repairs I will be making an appointment with this shop for sure.

I have had my vehicle in for repair on several occasions. Not for Gerber's lack of hard work. They have been nothing but extremely kind, courteous and have gone out of their way to assist my needs. They have stayed open a little late for me to pickup my car when finished, they have called and kept me informed on the repairs of my vehicle. They have also been very human, with no fake kindess, but have been genuine. They have been nothing less than professional. When picking up my vehicle on one occasion the technician noticed imperfections with body work completed by the previous shop, something I had not yet noticed. They have great attention detail and should I need a body shop in the future I will definitely be going to Gerber. Stephanie have been especially nice and I really appreciate her kindness.

Pleasant and professional staff. I sincerely appreciated the timely updates. Having the rental car in the same location was terrific. If ever any of my vehicles needs repair, I'm taking it Gerger, Joe at Tempe Location. Oh, the car looks excellent. Very impressed with the entire experience.

I was not sure of the quality of work because gerber is a some what new company in yuma arizona,but now that my vehicle is done i would definatly recommend Gerber to anyone that needs collision repair.They went over and above my expectations and my car came out perfect. Tom cockburn ,the manager, kept me informed all through the process and it was done in a timely manor. on a scale of 1 to 10, i would give them a 12.
