I retired 12/28/2012 I started and graduated 05/1976 since about then have been a member of management have worked with employees, other departments, agency’s,upper management and outside vendors have been trained, trained and practiced customer service for over 30 years. Your crew at Gerber Collision and Glass in Yuma, AZ under Jordon is outstanding I feel this is one of those rare times when you get the perfect mix of people, personalities, perfection and dedication and it shows. You should extremely proud and honored that these people work for you. You can offer promotions or price deals but unless you have a grew like this it won’t matter. It’s about bringing customers back and sending them away happy. Happy enough to pass on positive feedback. These people am sure rank at the top over the last 6+ weeks I have noticed the following ... with them: 1. The phone answering manners is perfect 2. Very reliable they do what they say don’t promise what they can’t do 3. Listen to customers 4. Deal with complaints as if it was theirs 5. Be helpful- even if there seems to be no profit in it 6. Great personnel skills 7. Great group dynamics 8. Doing something extra, which is so appreciated ( example: telling a winter visitor best Mexican food in town) If your goal as a company is to build customer loyalty you did with me. This is a small town was taken back when Geico sent me to you because you are the new guys in our town, felt I didn’t use the home town places still do but you deserve a shot and have earned it. Would like you to let Jordon and his crew, who are always so nice to know from you how well they have done it would mean a lot In fact would love to see them on one of your pamphlets what a honor this would be for them. Gerber did an excellent job repairing my Dodge Ram. they were extremely helpful and constantly kept me informed about the status of my vehicle's repair during the one week it was in their hands. Alfie, the gentleman who handles USAA claims, was very professional and friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using Gerber Collision and Glass in the future with any of my repair or auto glass replacement needs and recommend them to my friends and family

Best customer service when it comes to the auto industry. I've tried other places but, in the end, I always go back to Gerber. If you're in Tucson and you need some auto work, go to the one on Palo Verde and ask for Alfie. He'll work magic on your car. I came in today to get an estimate on a rear bumper issue. Alfie gave me a very reasonable estimate within 15 minutes and even noticed that my rocker panel seemed to be missing a screw. He offered to take it back and have his guys install a new one. At most, my visit lasted 20 minutes. I got my car checked out, got a very manageable estimate and I will be returning to get my bumper fixed by them.

Alfie did a nice job in assisting me with this repair, he was extremely professional and courteous...the parts ordering took longer than expected, but it was explained that USAA has high standards for their members and the Subaru part had to be ordered from out of state. Alfie and Gerber assisted me with strains caused by this delay in a positive fashion and I appreciated their courtesy in this matter. Laurie Robinson

I wanted to express my positive experience and ensure the right individuals receive the correct recognition. Joe Wilkes and Ignacio Hernandez were very professional and handled my requests with outstanding diligence. Both were very friendly and were able to make my car accident experience much more bearable despite the negative connotation. Also, Eric Zandier provided assistance that I thought was very gracious. They. Were friendly all those that I talk to were Jordan, Kerri, and Tom they were a great help. They did a great job in repairing my back bumper and unseen damages from where I was hit. it was fun to Chet chat with them during the process. I would definitely recommend them and go back to them.

Gerber is the facility that Farmers insurance company told me was on the approved list to take our car to for repair. I was told that there will be a lifetime gaurentee on any and all the work performed as long as we owned the vehicle. I was treated very good at Gerbers. From the front desk receptionist, to Kent, the main person that worked with us, and to Josh, Who I spoke to on the phone a couple of times. I know where the damage was, no one else can tell there was any. On time andwith no major surprises from the estimate.
