I brought my car in to fix the rear bumper and was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround for the repairs, the friendly and accomodating staff including estimators, front desk, etc and the welcomng manner in which I was treated. Joee Wilkes was extremely polite and accoodating and I felt like I was in good hands with everyone over at the Tempe office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I had my car repaired after a collision in Orlando FL. After moving to AZ, the check engine light came back on and GEICO instructed me to go to Gerber and have them check the problem. Bill Huffine and crew jumped right on it, found the problem very quickly and repaired the car. You can't ask for better customer service than that!

Jacques Brown and the staff at the Gerber Collision Center on Travel Center Drive did an outstanding job on my car. Although the damage was minor, they went out of their way to do quality work and in a timely manner. They also did more than asked. The car was returned to me clean and looking great. I was very impressed with the service and work performed.

Our experience with Alfie and the team at Gerber collision was excellent! They provided stellar service and walked us through everything with our car and dealing with our insurance agency. Our car came back to us looking better than before. They are curteous and willing to go over thing with you more than once. We will be coming back to Gerber for future paint and body work.

He treated my husband and I so well, this was the best experience I could possibly have hoped for in such a bad situation with our accident. Your people at this location were outstanding in their customer service. My customer service representative was Jennifer Smoot and I was just amazed at the service she provided me. In this day and age it is extremely rare to find someone who treats your situation with such care and respect. She was extremely knowledgeable, took care of everything including my rental car and kept me updated constantly. She always called when she said she would and kept me posted on the status of the progress on my repair. I am so pleased with the service Jennifer provided me. My experience with getting my truck fixed at Gerber was outstanding. Alfie thoroughly answered all of my questions and kept me informed on how the repair was progressing. I will most definitely use Gerber again based on this experience.
