Best experience ever. Friendly staff, very polite and knowledgeable. We had our car back the next day! The repair was great and the car was cleaned. I am an auto detailer and I was very impressed with their work. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just got my car back from having the front end repaired. It looks brand new again. I was impressed with the updates on the status of my car and how thorough the staff was with working with my insurance and taking care of my rental car. I was also blown away with the kindness I was shown throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone!

This gentlemen went above and beyond with his outstanding customer service! i would recommend Gerber collision to anybody who has a collision i am so thankful i chose Gerber collision center they always kept me posted and were very helpful great communication, while i was under a lot of stress with my accident they were there for me thank you so much Alphie! and Gerber crew!

Terrific service, Jacques Brown did an excellent job of estimating and explaining the work to be done. Also, I was very clear on Gerber's relationship with USAA and Enterprise Rental. Work was accomplished in just 1/2 a day. Car in in AM and out by 3:00 PM the same day 1/16/12

I went to Gerber for an estimate for repair following an accident. Jared helped me and did the estimate. He was very impressive and thorough. I very much appreciated his assistance and help. He was very professional and I enjoyed the association with him. He was the kind of guy I would want to invite over to a family BBQ (and would if he would want to contact me). Anyway, thanks ... Jaques Brown was my contact person, and did an excellent repair job on my rear quarter panel. He was also able to do it in a very timely fashion, so I was able to use my vehicle in a short time. I brought my car in to fix the rear bumper and was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround for the repairs, the friendly and accomodating staff including estimators, front desk, etc and the welcomng manner in which I was treated. Joee Wilkes was extremely polite and accoodating and I felt like I was in good hands with everyone over at the Tempe office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I had my car repaired after a collision in Orlando FL. After moving to AZ, the check engine light came back on and GEICO instructed me to go to Gerber and have them check the problem. Bill Huffine and crew jumped right on it, found the problem very quickly and repaired the car. You can't ask for better customer service than that!
