Great experience with this Gerber location . . . AGAIN. On the way to weekend drill in pitch dark conditions, I hit an 18-wheeler tire carcass that was in the middle of my lane of the highway. It cracked the bumper and damaged the radiator. USAA as usual, performed admirably in working out the logistics to get my car towed (a long way) back to Tucson, and Gerber took the ball from there. Vivian and Rolfie were very professional and got things rolling quickly. In fact, my vehicle was done two days ahead of time. It looks fantastic! Haven't driven it yet, but I am pretty comfortable because I've had outstanding work done here in the past, and obviously they are confident offering a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend this Gerber location. You will not be disappotinted.

I would highly recommend Gerber to everyone who is in need of service. From the very first contact I was impressed with the customer service. Sam was great and is a total asset to your company. Monica Stopa, General Manager very knowledgeable and always returned my phone calls. Rudy another great employee, always followed up with me at the end of the day. with progress on my car. To Who It May Concern, My name is Phil Stephens and I had work done to my Chevy Silverado 1500. I was very happy will the quality of customer service that Jerry Castellano provided my case with. Although it was a very small amount of damage, I was treated with the care and quality above and beyond my expectations. I would certainly bring my vehicle back to Gerber although, I hope it will be a long time before I need collision repair again. From the moment we brought our car in for an appraisal of the damage done we had nothing but friendly and great service. From the receptionist to Jared Brown who looked over the damage. We had to return the car as one of the brake lights didn't work and within a half hour they had the car back in working order. We would recommend this company to anyone who has been in an accident and do not worry if the people have insurance that this body shop covers - they do a great job. We were concerned at first as my wife had been hit but little worries after the first visit. They even cleaned our car which was a plus:)Thank you for a great job done and your working with us.
