Excellent prompt and professional service. From the moment I walked in, office workers Christina and Stephanie made me feel welcomed and important.. Geico Adjuster Bill, JR rental car service rep.and Joe Wilkes the Gerber Collision Adjuster are experts when it come to quality service and customer recovery. Gerber was an excellent facility that was recommended by the offenders insurance (gieco).The associates at Gerber were highly professional and kept me informed on all services that were completed on my vehicle. This is the third time over the years that I have used Gerber to repair auto dents. They do a fantastic job. The car always comes out like new and the prices are right. "My truck had damaged bumper from a rear ender. The person who hit me had Liberty Mutual. The agent told me that Gerber would handle it all. My service advisor Wayne McCollum greeted me on time when I arrived. My truck is everything to me - 2005 4 door Tacoma SR5 45K miles and modified. It has been a couple of car show just as support to the charity. Wayne noticed the condition and said "Wow, this is nice!" After reviewing the damage, as we were walking in, he then said " I will make this the way it was!" He wrote it up, and discuss the procedure. I was not happy that a refurbished bumper could be used! This truck does not have a used part on it, so I contacted my nsurance company. I took it to Toyota to get factory parts, but little I know, that would not be the case. Toyota was helpful but I would be wasting ... money in the long run. They were almost exact in the price as Wayne and Toyota said "We would love the business, but Gerber does pretty good work . We have some techs that used to work there and these guys are good". Ok, I will go to Gerber. Stopped by to set the appointment. Wayne once again greeted me and I handed him the keys. I stopped by at the end of the day and saw it being dried off from detail, it was done! Missing a small cap on the bumper but Alfie Perez explained. (Wayne had an appointment and was not there - this was fine!) The cap did not arrive but I was happy! I crawled under the truck and looked at the work. The bumper was different than the one that came off but I liked it! It sat away from the frame a little more and I can see part of the hitch - pretty cool. Alfie said stop by tomorrow and I will install the caps. Good job! Between Wayne, Alfie, and the front office person who contact the rental company - I was impressed and will DEFINITELY recommend Gerber Collision on Travel Center to friends and my club members. Hopefully, we will not need you but when one has something done to one our trucks - the others take notice! Good job to all the people at Gerber!!
