Gerber welcomed us in when we brought our RAV 4 in for repair. Their professionalism and accuracy in the estimate was appreciated. They were right on the money when it came to a completion date. I would highly reccomend Gerber to anyone who values professionalism above and beyond. Should the reason present itself, they would get my business again.

I had previously used Gerber to repair damage to both our truck and van on occasions for collision or other damage. This time I had a non-insurance/collision repair to our van sliding door that was needed, and due to my past experience I thought of Gerber as oppossed to going through the dealership. I was again very please with the service and pricing I received. I have had nothing but good experiences with their work and customer service, as well as price. I plan to continue using them, even for non-collision type repairs, and would strongly recommend them to others.

Even though my insurance company stated that this company was not within their group of repairers (other locales were), they went along with my request for this location. Rudy G. was my POC, he kept me informed on a regular basis and was pleased with the overall experience at this location.

At first, I was not too sure about bringing my vehicle to Gerber for repairs just for the simple fact that I never heard of them. But, I am so glad that I did decide to go through with it and let them repair my vehicle. I had nothing but a positive experience with them. The staff was delightful, polite, courteous, and understanding! I received phone call updates of their current work progress on my vehicle. I have never heard of any company doing that! I definitely appreciated those phone calls. My vehicle was ready for pick up before the promised date :-) another plus! And not to mention, the car looked amazing! I am so glad that I took my vehicle to Gerber Collision, I trust them and their work! God forbid, if I had another wreck, I wouldn't think twice about where to take my vehicle!
