In today's world, I'm not used to customer service, let alone the excellant service i received from you. The work looks good and I really like the way I was kept in the loop about what was going on and the time frame involved. My truck is clean and looks like brand new. I would reccomend Gerber to anyone who asked. From the initial call to Gieco to when I picked up the truck, everything went smoothly and I never had any problems with the service.

The manager, Megan Olson, knew just what I should do, and did an excellent job of keeping me informed during the time that my vehicle was in her shop for repair. The vehicle was repaired so well that it looks like new.

My experience with Mr. Perez was the only good thing in a bad situation. His constant communication, and patience with a very upset female was commendable. Customer service by Gerber were simply excellent. Alfie Perez was my estimator, and he provided the best in courtesy, efficiency, and thorough explanatino of the entire process.
