Customer service was excellent at Gerber Collision in Tucson. The mechanics were fantastic and kept everyone up to date on all of the repairs. Javiar and Ian were especially awesome at everything they did. I would highly recommend and we do plan on coming back indefinitely for our repairs!

After being hit by another driver, his insurance suggested that I take my vehicle to Gerber Collision. Not being fimiliar with their choice, I felt very uneasy about the inurance company's recommendation. Very quickly after meeting Jerry, Gerber's Estimator, I felt relief. I was greeted with a smile and great customer service. The process was made easy and painless. Jerry went above and beyond with his excellent feedback for all my questions and concerns. MORE IMORTANTLY, my car looks like it did the day I drove it off the dealership's lot! A very big thank you goes out to Jerry and his team, I appreciate all the hard work that went in to the repairs on my car.

Customer service is great. I was very pleased with the work that was made to my 08 Chevy Silverado. Mayra the recepsionist kept us very updated with the repair on my tail gate. I will defently consider Gerber for future needed repairs. I will recomend Gerber to everyone. I will give a 10 to gerber staff.
