The service I received was excellent. My estimator, Jacq Brown, was efficient not only with the initial review of damage but in contacting me during the process. The car was finished in advance of the projected date. The work was extremely well done. In fact, the car looked better after the work that was done than before I brought it in. All in all, it was a positive experience for a less than positive event. I would use Gerber in the future.

The personnel at Gerber were extremely good with thier work. They kept me informed on the progress of the repairs,. They were well organized in the repair of my vehicle. it was nice ot come in and be greeted courtiously and friendly. Awesome experience with Gerber...again! Friendly, professional staff all the way around. Great job on the car. The staff even helped me unload my rental and place items in my car upon me picking it up after the repairs as I was on crutches from foot surgery. I will definitely recommend this site to friends and will return here with my own car again...if i ever need to! Thanks!

The vehicle was completed on time, although there were additional repairs needed. The Estimator, Jacques called me and updated me on the status of my vehicle and ensured I was kept informed. The vehicle was clean, complete, and there are no visible defects to the vehicle.
