I thought this went as well as possible for an accident. I was called an appropriate number of times to keep me updated on repairs and when it would be ready and they were able to have the repairs done when they said they would. Thank you!

The entire collision repair process at Gerber eas more than positive. The front desk receptionist was extremely professional and courteous/helpful. The gentleman who looked over the damage on the vehicle was courteous and obviously knew the value of putting the customer at ease. The car damage repair was completed in less than three days which, to me, is excellent. When I was called and informed the car was ready, I went to the Gerber site and was assisted by a professional who reviewed the work with me, answered my questions, and fulfilled a 100% positive experience. This type of experience is never good but the folks at Gerber did everything possible to make it as painfree as possible. Hats off to all involved. Thank You.

I HAD A SMASHED BUMPER AND GERBER DID A GREAT JOB IN REPAIRING. THERE WAS NO HASSLE WITH INSURANCE AND THEY KEPT IN GOOD CONTACT WITH ME ON THE STATUS OF THE VEHICLE REPAIR. IF NECESSARY, I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the quality of service I just experienced at Gerber Collision, 8150 E. Raintree Dr., Scottsdale. My car was damaged in an anonymous parking lot hit-and-run. From the minute I brought my car to Gerber, I was glad that I did. Jerry Castellano, your Estimator, was sympathetic, courteous, kind, and professional. He assessed the damage, and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate of time to complete the repairs. My car was repaired in two days! Less than half the time I thought it would take. The quality of repairs are absolutely first-rate. You can proud of the professionalism of the people -- like Jerry -- who represent Gerber to the public, and to the quality, speed and service of the mechanics who work behind the scenes. I will strongly recommend Gerber Collision.

Your company repaired everything we spoke about and the paint match is great! You accomplished the job in the timeframe discussed. Myla was very helpful in answering all my questions in regards to the car is ready and notifying enterprise for pickup and dropoff. I would consider using you in the future.

The repairs were completed quickly and the car looks beautiful I am very happy with the service.
