It was a pleasure to deal with Megan and Gerber Collision. She was friendly and helpful and very accommodating. We wanted the repairs done while we were out of town and she cheerfully agreed, keeping the car a few extra days until we returned. The estimate was reasonable and the repairs were done expertly.

Gerber did a fantastic job on our auto body replacement. Everyone was so courteous and helpfu. They even stored out auto while we worked out the insurance details and coverage. We are very satisfied and will certainly recommend them to others in the future. Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass and it's employees, who helped turn a very bad situation into a positive end.

My daughter was in an accident and unfortunately her car was found to be unrepairable. I dealt with Kent and found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am in another state and was put at ease by the care I received from Kent. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing this type of service.

Great service, AGAIN!!! I've continued to do business with Gerber due to the OUTSTANDING service I receive. They continue to exceed my expectations. This time my vehicle was done a day earlier than I expected. That in itself is very different than most body shops. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them 100. Super Job! Keep it up!!!

Excellent service as always! Came in and was greeted by the manager Scott Hewitt. He was polite, pleasant and professional. Scott took a look at the car and quickly made all the accommodations to assist the repair. He definitely went beyond what I expected and made the experience a positive one on all fronts. When it comes to customer service Scott rates a 10+. Dealing with him was a positive experience and I would recommend anyone come to Gerber and work with Scott. His expertise and experience came through 100%.

About a year ago I was involved in a car accident. The person at fault's insurance company recommended me to brin my car to Gerber for repairs, and I'm so thankful that I did. Since I first walked in to their doors I've been treated with very friendly customer service. The staff have been so friendly and have kept me up to date with the process of the repairs. When my car was finished I could not believe it was my car! It's as if though the accident never happened. I will recommend Geber to everyone I know!! Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and friendly customer service.
