GERBER IS VERY GOOD IN WHAT YOU NEED IT TO BE DONE IN YOUR CAR AND THEY TELL YOU WHAT THEY GONNA DO AND HOW LONG THEY MIGHT TAKE AND IF I NEED IT THE RIDE TO GET DROP OFF OR RENT SO THEY BASICALLY GAVE ME EVERY DEATAIL AND WHAT EXCATLY MY QUESTION WAS AS WELL I ALSO LIKE IT THAT THEY KEPT CONTACT WITH ME TO MAKE SURE I GET MY CAR IN TO FIX WHAT NEED IT TO BE FIX SO I LIKED GERBER SERVICE VERY GREAT

We had a little hickup in getting things done, But Ian and the gang at Gerber did everything to make my experience a good one. I have only good things to say about Gerber Collision and Glass. From the moment I walked into Gerber for a repair estimate to the time I picked up my car at midnight after coming back from a trip, the collision repair team worked with me to personalize my car repair for me. Foremost, I was rear-ended and didn't realize the person who hit me was responsible for paying damages. During the estimate Gerber explained how to contact the other person's insurance company so I did not have to pay a dollar for the repairs. Once Gerber started fixing my vehicle, they realized the collision caused more damage than they originally estimated- Gerber was able to negotiate with the insurance company to pay for the unforseen damages. The outcome of the work done was fantastic. They worked very quick and went the extra mile to get things done quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the way the fender was installed.
