I have taken my car to thia location twice and I habe recieved nothing but the best service! When my parents and I walk in they addrrss us by name and always are so polite on the phone. After the experience I have had at this location I would never go anywhere else to get my car fixed. Not to mention my car looked brand new when I got it back!!!

"Gerber has amazed me! I had made arrangements to fix the fender bender on my quarter panel driver side and I had asked for a quote for refinishing my unpainted passenger fender. After some debate, I decided not to get my fender painted and just fix the gash on the quarter panel instead. I had expected at least 3-5 days to complete my repairs. Despite of my personal knowledge and experience have working in this industry, Gerber stepped up for a one day turn around. When I arrived to finish signing a few papers to release my car, Joe Wilkes informs me that: "We painted the fender at no cost". No company I know of does this. Gerber continues to impress with their highest professional standards with customer service and workmanship. Lastly, the icing on my cake, Joe Wilkes asked if I still have the molding insert for the newly ... painted fender (which I do). He tells me to bring it in and Gerber will re attach the molding. I ended up bringing the insert 40 minutes after they close and they cleaned up the insert, and placed it back on the fender. Gerber and it's staff have taken every action to go out of their way to set a standard above what is expected in this field of work. Thank you Gerber and staff! I simply amazed." read more
