I had such an amazing experience with all of the staff at Gerber. Kent was my main point of contact and he updated me with the progress of my car's repair at least twice during the 8 days that it was in the shop. Everyone that I encountered at Gerber's was not only professional, but very helpful and nice. I would recommend this shop to my family, friends, and coworkers.

Brought my Scion in for a small collision repair. I could not be happier with the service and the results. Both Matt Hepker, the GEIKO adjuster, and Jerry Castellano, the estimator were timely, friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood the scope of work the timeline for completing it. Jerry went out of his way to make certain my car was in tip top condition when I received it back. This is my first time at Gerber and, if I need collision repair again, it will not be my last.

Great customer Service! Feedbacks were given every Tuesday and Thursday, along with what I was told when I dropped the vehicle off. The car looks great as well, you cannot even tell there was ever any damage. Would definately refer!

Picking up my car today. It looks great. I can't tell that I was in an accident. The color blue is perfect. They blended the color well with the rest of the car. The Geico rep was professional and the Gerber staff was pleasant and professional as well. I am very happy with the services of Gerber Collision. I will refer Gerber to my friends if they should ever need any auto body work done.

WOW!!!! I love the work that Gerber Collsion did for me! It never fails! Im embarrassed to even say this, but after a couple of times at Gerber, they always get it right!! I cant stress enough how good their service is. Alfie, Wayne and Viviana did an OUTSTANDING job in keeping me informed and keeping me up to date. If i crash again, which i hope not, i will defenetly take it to Gerber!!!!
