Gerber provided excellent service. They kept me informed all through the lengthy procedure of my car repair. I could not be happier with the service they provided, in particular, the service from Tyler. He kept me informed and calm throughout. I greatly appreciate that above and beyond the excellent repair work. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass, though I sincerely hope I never have need to use their services again!!

It was convenient to have Insurance agent inspect the car as well as rental service ready. They put my mind at ease about the process and the car turned out beautiful and clean inside and outside. Everyone in the office was very helpful but the Customer Service attention by the Estimator Erik Z. was far Superior than anything I've experienced. Not only did he follow up daily with a status on my car but came out and went over things with me when I picked up the car. It was closing time for their office and he didn't act rushed or impatient with all my questions. The work was fantastic and I can't say enough about my experience with Gerber. I've already recommended them to several people.
