Everybody - geico, enterprise and especially gerber staff - are the most courteous, efficient and professional auto people I have ever dealt with. They were very quick to respond to my needs and gave me regular updates on the status of my car. They got me and my car in ane out as soon as possible and my car looks absolutely great. They are definitely the best and deserving of the accolades they have received. Thank you. ps I am a tough customer.

I really appreciate the inital walk around to allow me the opportunity to review the damage with the appraiser. I also very much appreciate the ability to set update preferences either with email or telephone at scheduled times. An update was never missed and everyone was very helpful and polite. When I came to get my truck, the extra work that was done, the little details to clean up areas that were not under repair, WOW! That is a rare find today. My truck looks great. Thank you very much.

Gerber collision center helped me when I was traveling from Tucson to Phoenix. They took my car in and fixed something that was dragging so I could finish the rest of my trip. Great place! Everyone was nice and they worked efficiently!

I was met with professionalism first class from the beginning until the end of my experience at Gerber-Yuma. It is not pleasant to have an accident of any type so a person just wants to get beyond it. I feel at Gerber they made me comfortable and important as a customer. They took care of my problem with great expediency and did what they promised. Very refreshing these days! Thank you to Tom especially and the receptionist and to the driver that took me home. He was so friendly and nice, shook my hand at the end. Everything was such a good experience. Thank you, Gerber!
