From the moment of drop-off to pickup, Gerber has been great. They phoned me to keep me in the loop on the progress of the work and even allowed me to remove some items left in the vehicle during repairs. Highly recommend them and if ever needed again, they would be my first choice.

Our accident was covered by the other driver's insurance (Geico). This location treated us very professionally and courteously. Chris the Gerber adjuster coordinated everything with the onsite Geico adjuster and when Honda Canada demanded only original parts, this did not become a problem. Some of these original parts took time to arrive, therefore the repairs took the better part of ten days. It was great to find out from Chris that Gerber has a Canadian Division in our hometown of Winnipeg (Boyd Autobody). Thanks again Chris!!!
