It was a bad experience having an accident and I was worried about getting my car repaired. I called Geico and they told my I could take it to Gerber. I received daily updates about my car repairs and costs. I was also able to log into my Geico account and see photos of the damages under the hood. I never had to call as I was always informed of what was going on and what stage of the repairs they were working on. I was given a finish date of March 18th. I received a call on March 14th telling me I could go pick up my car. My experience with Gerber was just great! With Geico and Gerber they helped turn a bad experience and helped end it on a good note. Thank you so much to all of the people that helped make that happen.

My experience with Gerber was the kind of experience most people only hope for but few ever attain. It wasn't just a "relationship." Relationships can be adversarial as well as amicable. No. This was a mutually beneficial business partnership. Yes, I was their customer, but to me they were a trusted advisor and ally, especially in representing my interests to the (somewhat demanding) opposing driver, his (somewhat non-cooperative) insurance company, as well as the (sometimes overworked and "harried") vehicle rental organization. As you might expect, there were serious delays in getting the vehicle completed. But thanks to Gerber's thoroughness and ability to get things done with all 3 parties, not to mention their professional craftsmanship, my vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction AND they covered the vehicle rental ... read more

The quality of service was outstanding, both with the repair and the customer service! We are a Military family and just moved here from NY. We were referred to Gerber Collision from Davis Monthan Air Force Family Readiness Program. We believe word of mouth is the best advertisement, and it was proven with the job that was performed on our car! We Thank you all so much for fixing my Tucson and taking care of us so well.
