My experience with Gerber was the kind of experience most people only hope for but few ever attain. It wasn't just a "relationship." Relationships can be adversarial as well as amicable. No. This was a mutually beneficial business partnership. Yes, I was their customer, but to me they were a trusted advisor and ally, especially in representing my interests to the (somewhat demanding) opposing driver, his (somewhat non-cooperative) insurance company, as well as the (sometimes overworked and "harried") vehicle rental organization. As you might expect, there were serious delays in getting the vehicle completed. But thanks to Gerber's thoroughness and ability to get things done with all 3 parties, not to mention their professional craftsmanship, my vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction AND they covered the vehicle rental ... cost that the insurance company wouldn't/didn't cover. Oh, did I mention that they cleaned the vehicle inside and out, too? Wow! It really pays to be patient especially when you're dealing with pros. One more thing (and this is the icing on the cake for me) this particular Gerber location is right next door to my mechanic's shop. That came in handy, too. Overall, a BIG Thank You to Scott R and Heidi W at Gerber and my compliments to the staff for a job well done. Guys, I think it's safe to say this relationship is going to last. read more

The quality of service was outstanding, both with the repair and the customer service! We are a Military family and just moved here from NY. We were referred to Gerber Collision from Davis Monthan Air Force Family Readiness Program. We believe word of mouth is the best advertisement, and it was proven with the job that was performed on our car! We Thank you all so much for fixing my Tucson and taking care of us so well. Just so everyone knows the humor behind the damage, I hit my husband car with mine, an action he will always pick on me about! The car now looks new, and we can't even tell it had an accident!
