Jon Francis, GM, met me when I brought my car for an appraisal. He was very polite and very professional. The estimate was prepared quickly. He called me each day to give me an update. The work was excellent. I received daily emails with updates. Will recommend Jon and Gerber to all my friends.

Repair on our vehicle was done a lot quicker than what we expected before we walked in. Wayne took excellent care of us. He said it would be ready in 4 days and it was!!!! We will definitely recommend Gerber!! We were impressed with the professional appearance of the operation.

The customer service was great and very professional. The quality of the repairs was great. Repaired our rear bumper and brought it back to looking new. They went the extra mile and detailed the rest of the vehicle making look brand new. I recomend Gerber Auto Collision and Glass for any future repairs.
