Greetings: I approached the selection of an auto body repair facility as though I was interviewing a candidate for a job opening. The facility estimator would be the "face" of the facility. Using that criteria I "interviewed" three facilities. As soon as I met Jeffrey K., estimator for GERBER at the above location, I saw a man who was courteous as well as professional in his appearance and demeanor. He inspected damage to our vehicle very thoroughly, taking time to photograph each aspect while keeping a written record as well. He looked underneath and behind body parts for a complete discovery of damage. Afterward, he invited my wife and I into his office to complete our estimate to repair. He discussed each part needed while showing us a schematic of the part. He reviewed the procedure to accomplish the repair ... effectively. Any question we asked, Jeffrey answered in a meaningful way. We decided to have GERBER at the above location do the repair. That was a good decision, because our vehicle was returned in "like new" condition. read more
