Tyler exceeded my expectations in ensuring that my car was repaired to my satisfaction. The check-in procedure was quick. My car was ready when promised. And he arranged for a rental car through Hertz when I did not want to use the rental car company that my insurance arranged.

Great friendly service. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. I never had to call to find out the progress, they went out of their way to keep me updated almost on a daily basis. The work looks spotless. My car was finished ahead of schedule. Insurance denied fixing bumper damage caused by police when vehicle was pushed out of intersection and they went ahead and fixed free of charge so that I was happy.
