Days before Thanksgiving my windshield was scheduled to be repaired by a different company that unfortunately was not able to complete the job. Luckily my insurance company was able to contact Gerber Collision & Glass and with utmost professionalism they were able to replace my front windshield within 24 hours. They were fast and reliable. They were also very thorough and explained every detail about the work done. After explaining my lack of another vehicle to get home and around for work they set me up with reliable transportation. They did a great job and have found a new customer for life! Thank you so much for everything you did. Ruth and John are just amazing people!

I JUST WANT TO SAY, THE SERVICE WAS GREAT ! JENNIFER WAS AMAZING, ALWAYS KEPT ME INFORM WITH EACH STEP THAT WAS BEING DONE TO MY VEHICLE. I WOULD DEFINETLY BRING MY VEHICLE BACK TO GERBER FOR ANY REPAIRS IN THE FUTURE (HOPEFULLY I WON'T HAVE TO). From the time I met with Jeff K for an estimate until the car was delivered was outstanding. He was extremely cordial and helpful in all aspects of the claim. The repair was done exactly to his estimate and then the car was washed and cleaned inside. It was immaculate! What was done was so much more than we expected. I'm sure it was a team effort for which we are so appreciative! Jeff gets our nomination for employee of the Year!
