The shop was very communicative regarding the progress of my vehicle repairs. Everyone was nice and helpful. The sun has gone down and I've just picked up my car--it looks good, based on what I can see in this light. I'll inspect it more thoroughly tomorrow morning, but so far, so good! The shop's public area is really nice and clean. Again, great staff!

Greetings: I approached the selection of an auto body repair facility as though I was interviewing a candidate for a job opening. The facility estimator would be the "face" of the facility. Using that criteria I "interviewed" three facilities. As soon as I met Jeffrey K., estimator for GERBER at the above location, I saw a man who was courteous as well as professional in his appearance and demeanor. He inspected damage to our vehicle very thoroughly, taking time to photograph each aspect while keeping a written record as well. He looked underneath and behind body parts for a complete discovery of damage. Afterward, he invited my wife and I into his office to complete our estimate to repair.
