I recently had my vehicle repaired at you establishment. I can't begin to let you know how pleased I was with ALL your staff. Your receptionist was a delight, the estimenter was very knolwledable and made me feel comfortable. The service time was carried out very quickly. I had my vehicle returned fixed, clean and shinning. If the rental car pick up was available at Gerber, that would be very convenient. At the minimum, the paperwork for the rental car should be done prior to pick up of the rental vehicle.

I asked an additional question about being unable to unhinge my hood to replace my headlight and Jose went ahead and used a bulb I had already purchased and replaced it for me! Was so kind of him to do so without me even asking. Thanks for your help guys!

The service was excellent! My car was back to me at to me at the expected date. The staff explained the repairs being done and made me feel confident in their work. I loved the one stop shop; with my insurance adjuster on site & rental car waiting for me. After the stress of an accident, it was good to know my car repair was handled with ease. The service at Gerber was amazing. They were great with the text communications as well as the phone calls as to what was going on with me vehicle. The were very efficient and professional. I had my car back to me in minimal time. If I ever had any mishaps with my car again I would return here for service as well as reccomend them.
