I needed service on my drivers seat and called several shops looking for estimates. I was quoted anywhere from $80-$150 just for an estimate! I called Gerber and spoke with Jose who told me that they would give me an estimate without charging me. I took it in late afternoon and they took it to the back. Less than 15 minutes later, I had my car back and the seat was already fixed. Jose told me that since it was a simple fix (stripped bolt and a few loose bolts), they wouldn't charge me for the repair. I was astounded! What amazing customer service. I was so happy I called my insurance company (USAA) to tell them what a fantasic comapny Gerber is. I will be using Gerber if the need arises in the future and will be telling all that I meet about what a wonderful company Gerber is!

Brian was my estimator...he was polite and professional and did great follow-up with me on the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. He also made sure all of the parts were in prior to the work being done. My Armada was also done in a very timely manner.

My car repairs look very nice and I am hapy with it. The people haere hve been verry nice and helpful which I needed, since this is the first time I have ever had to make a claim or to get a rental car. It was a new experience for me, and they made it very easy for me. Thanks to all of them.
