This was by far the best customer service I have ever recieved. Jennifer R., went above and beyond. She really bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. It is very stressful to have your car in the shop, but Jennifer really made the process so relaxing and made me feel secure. She accomendated my needs with my work schedule and overall just took care of me. Because of her, I will recommend Gerber to everyone I know. THANK YOU JENNIFER!!!!!

Everybody at Gerber was most courteous and knowledgable. I appreciated the timely updates by phone. My wife's car now looks great again. Gerber personnel were not rushing through the process, but took extra time to explain everything. I'm a happy customer.

I have never delt with such amazing people. They knew I was without a car and they tried their absolute hardest to get it out early for me. They succeeded and I have never been so grateful.
