I loved the one stop shop; with my insurance adjuster on site & rental car waiting for me. After the stress of an accident, it was good to know my car repair was handled with ease. The service at Gerber was amazing. They were great with the text communications as well as the phone calls as to what was going on with me vehicle. The were very efficient and professional. I had my car back to me in minimal time. If I ever had any mishaps with my car again I would return here for service as well as reccomend them.

This was by far the best customer service I have ever recieved. Jennifer R., went above and beyond. She really bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. It is very stressful to have your car in the shop, but Jennifer really made the process so relaxing and made me feel secure.
