During my shift the apartment shuttle developed a door jam witch caused an alarm to go off rendering the shuttle unsafe to drive I took it to Gerber Collision explained the situation and they immediately came out and worked on it until it was safely secured again Their quick response got me back on the road within the hour transporting the University of Michigan students to their classes on campus Without their help the shuttle could have been out of service for days instead of minutes On behalf of me and my students! Thanks Guys

These guys are great!!! Read on. On the underside of my ('09 Prius) front bumper a bolt was missing causing some protective plastic to drag on the ground. I asked the guys to please take a look and see if it was an easy fix. In less than a minute a young employee was on the ground checking out the complaint and about 2 minutes later he popped up and reported it fixed. "How much do you I owe you?" said I. "Nothing" said the boss! I departed looking like this!!

Austin is excellent, polite, knowledgeable; updated me several times during the repair process, and my wife's van was ready a day earlier than promised. Very happy with the Gerber service so far. Have not driven the van yet to check if everything is working as needed, but I'm assuming - from previous experience with same shop - that everything is OK

I hadn't been here since they became Gerber instead of Whitney's, and they are just as trustworthy, professional, polite, and high-quality as they were before. Great, efficient job on a taillight replacement for an honest, fair price. I hope I don't need more auto body work, but if I do I know where I'll go.
