We had a great experience with the Anderson location, Ryan was wonderful to work with, he was very polite and took care of us and my Jeep. The work on the Jeep made it look like new. The secretary was always very helpful and nice. I'm glad I didn't have to use my backup plan, my 4 yr old grandson offered to fix it with tape, LOL, he was a little disappointed he didn't get the job. Thanks again.

I can not say enough good things about this Anderson, Indiana location. The customer service is TOP NOTCH! Tina at the front desk was so nice and explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions. Ryan was my estimator and he was amazing. So professional and polite. He made me feel relaxed in an already stressful situation. He was in contact with me 3 different times during the days of repair and explained each time exactly where they were in the process and gave an estimate of completion date. I never had to call one time to get a update. That is very rare! I can not remember a time when I have ever had such phenomenal customer service. And then the quality of the repairs were amazing. Looked perfect when I picked it up. Thank you Gerber, Tina and Ryan for such an awesome experience! I will return here without question ... for any future needs. read more
