The current account for the repairs on our 2002 Lexus LS 430 is under Jennifer L. This is the third time Gerber has done bodywork and paint repairs to this vehicle. Gerber is 110% on any scale. The most recent repairs look almost flawless compared to the damage that had been done. We were kept informed as repairs progressed and were assured if anything was not satisfactory to let them know. I was impressed that the technician who performed the painting was available to tell what he had done to match the paint and the pride he showed in his craftsmanship. Hands down I feel Gerber is on top of the scale when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE and REPAIR of our vehicles. Last repairs for this vehicle was December 2022.

Although at first I was disappointed in how long the estimated repair would take, Gerber-Anderson was so very helpful! They kept me updated weekly on my repairs via text and personal phone call. The moment my car was done they called me personally. It got done before the estimated finish date.
