Brad and his crew at the Altamonte Springs, FL location went above and beyond with their customer service. I was cleaning my SUV with what I thought was a nonabrasive wipe, but it turned out I was wrong. My dealership referred me to Gerber because they did not do any body work. I called them up after leaving the dealership early on a Saturday morning with no appointment. Brad told me to come by and they would take a look. They went right to work and had my SUV looking brand new with 45 minutes. My wife was so happy, as was I. I'll definitely recommend these guys to my friends and clients. So glad to have found these guys. 5+ Star treatment. Thanks for everything!!!

Everyone at the shop was awesome. I felt great about leaving my car with them and they had a quick turnaround time allowing me to get back in my car asap. Hopefully I won't have a need but if I need any further repairs I will definitely go back

The entire staff was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. Particularly Jackie & John. We were kept up to date regularly by text message and the work was completed as promised. Our car looks like new with no sign of where the repair was done. In addition, our entire car was vacuumed and neat/clean on the inside when we picked it up. Wow! That was an added bonus.
