I finally got a chance to drive the car we picked up last week. My daughter was so happy to have it back that it's hardly been in the driveway! The car feels great to drive and looks great too. It is super clean inside & out. I really appreciated the phone call updates to let us know how the repairs were progressing. We did not get that from other body shops we have worked with. I hope we won't need any more car repairs in the future, but if we do, we will definitely be back to Gerber.

Just a note to thank you for your help in getting repairs to my Dakota Pick up. I had planned to get an estimate only as Insurance co. recommended your location. After talking to you and your positive attitude, in helping me understand what would be needed for repairs, I decided to have the work done at Gerber Collision. I also noticed how clean and organized the shop appeared. I appreciated it when you kept me informed as work progressed and answered my questions about how the work was performed. I am very satisfied with the work and plan to use your offer for detailing on my other cars.

After coming to you folks for the first time last winter I knew where I would go again if needed and after buying this Explorer from my sister she was just dumbfounded that you had it ready for pickup the following day. Hello. I just wanted to touch base with you regarding my vehicle and the work done at Gerber Collision (formerly True2Form). I picked up my car yesterday, June 19, 2013. My car looks amazing. They did a fantastic job and their service was TOP-NOTCH. It's not often that you receive red-carpet treatment at a body shop?! But I did. They helped facilitate my rental both when I needed picked up and when Enterprise came back and picked up the vehicle upon my return of it. Tony Stabile (copied here) specifically helped me upon arriving at Gerber both times...he greeted me...remembered me...and helped me with all of my things when I needed to transfer my work belongings from car to car...both times! Sorry for the late e-mail, I meant to send this the same day, but just too much going on. Anyway, just really wanted to say THANK YOU for taking such great care of me with respect to my Cadillac. I know you could tell how much the car means to me. You did a wonderful job tracking down the parts that were needed and accommodated my every concern.
