I recently was in my first car accident and was stressed, worried, and unsure of what to do. After filing my claim my insurance agent seemed to disappear. I called gerber and spoke to a man whos named I dont recall. He is tall with dark black hair and his name might be Scott. He went above and beyond when he noticed I was uneasy. He helped me secure an astoundingly cheap rate for a rental and was in contact with me almost daily on the status of my car. "Scott" spoke to me as though I was old friend, this man really cares about his customers. I also dealt with Leah quite often. She is a doll. You probably wont ever find a better person to work your front desk. When I came to pick up my car, Leah greeted me with a sincere smile and Scott came outside and informed me of everything that was done. I felt like I was their only ... customer even though it was clear they were busy. Aside from Scott and Leah, every employee I saw working at Gerber in Akron greeted me despite being busy and seemed happy to be at work. Seeing how happy the techs were at work I knew that quality work had been done. Based on my experience with Gerber in Akron, I will refer everyone I know to your shops and will only go there for any future work that I need. read more

Tony Stabile was in charge of my car and he did an AWESOME job! From start to finish, he knew how important it was to get my car back to pristine condition, the passenger side had been badly damaged and I am VERY PICKY about my "baby" Well, when it was done you couldn't even tell it had been damaged. His people used a subtle artistry to restore my car to better-than-before condition taking special care with every little detail. The end product was just beautiful and I was extremely pleased. will recommend this company to everyone . Gerber ROCKS!

stephen klinger(estimator) put me at ease from the minute I walked thru the door. proffessional,humourous,knowledgeable...I really felt he was in my corner...SO THERE WASN'T ANY NEED TO GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!. my car was finished on time.It looked spectacular. I am sending this email in regards to the customer service I received from Tony Stabile and Gerber Auto & Collision. The service was excellent. Upon my arrival at Gerber, Tony took care of everything for me. He handled all communication with the insurance company. He was able to take my car and start repairs immediately. He handled communication with Enterprise and was able to get me a rental car immediately. All repairs were completed on time and I was extremely satisfied with the work done. The estimate came in almost $1300 lower than an estimate I had received from another shop. Needless to say I was very satisfied with my experience with Gerber and Tony Stabile and will gladly refer others or return to this shop for any future needs.

My name is Bill Owenby and recently had my 2012 F150 in his shop for repairs due to a tree branch incident. Tony made the experience very comforting, knowing that I would be in great hands during the process, as well as afterwards. As a new Ohio resident, we have not come across people who dedicate their efforts to customer service or pride in workmanship, let alone both. Tony was one of the few if not the only one who did both for my truck. I felt that his concern for my care was genuine and dedicated. About three weeks ago you repaired my 2002 Toyota Camry after it was broken into and vandalized. My wife and I were talking last night about the car and what a wonderful job you and Gerber Collision had done with the repairs. Since I picked up the car on a weekend, I wasn’t able to thank you in person and so I wanted to shoot you this email. We had just moved to Ohio from Rhode Island two weeks before, and you were recommended to us through our insurance company (Amica).
